When Is a Custom Rug Worth It?

4. Perfect Gift A custom rug is a unique, personal gift — e.g., for a wedding or housewarming.
How Does the Ordering Process Work?
Step 1: Consultation Contact us, describe your needs (size, colors, style). We'll send proposals and a quote.
Step 2: Acceptance and Deposit After approving the specification, you pay a deposit (usually 30-50% of value). The deposit starts production.
Step 3: Production An artisan from one of our partner ateliers weaves your rug. Time: from 4 to 10 weeks, depending on size and complexity.
Step 4: Photos and Approval We send photos of the finished rug for approval before shipping.
Step 5: Shipping and Delivery After payment of the remaining amount, we ship the rug. Delivery time: 7-14 days.

- No right of withdrawal: Custom rugs are non-returnable (per EU law for products made to customer specifications)
- Quality guarantee: Your rights in case of defects remain unchanged
- Deposit: Non-refundable after production starts
